Honest framing: This is a product and GTM track — a public digital defense coalition narrative — not a registered Yayasan (yet). Enterprise infrastructure powers public triage. Bank intelligence remains the paid product.

Technology as a public good

Scam syndicates automate theft. Victims still wait in call-center queues. Waspada’s public track exists to level the playing field: on-device extraction, zero PII egress, and tools a citizen or community volunteer can use without buying a bank license.

Protect the citizen for free. Charge the bank for the intelligence.

Three pillars (grounded)

1. Zero-friction public triage

Today: the Interactive Sandbox — Public Triage Preview · No Account Required.

Roadmap: WhatsApp / magic-link flows for elderly and B40 communities using apps they already know. Evidence stays on-device until indicators are stripped of personal data.

2. Legal aid automation (draft only)

After extraction, the sandbox can generate a Draf Maklumat untuk Repot Polis (PDF) in Bahasa Malaysia — timestamps, mule account indicators, BICs, aliases, URLs — for the victim to review and bring to a Balai Polis.

Watermark (non-negotiable): Draf untuk semakan mangsa — BUKAN laporan rasmi PDRM.

This is not legal advice and not an e-Report filing. It reduces anxiety and improves structured handoff to officers.

3. Grassroots responders (careful rollout)

Community centers, ADUN offices, and consumer groups need triage tools — not full SOC seats. We start with the public sandbox and draft reports. Broader “Rangers” access (limited roles, no freeze authority) comes only with clear PDPA and abuse controls.

For bank CSR & ESG partners

Malaysian banks already fund “beware of scams” campaigns. A sharper ask:

Sponsor public triage hosting. In return, route verified, privacy-safe threat indicators that target your institution into your FMS — while your CSR budget funds the citizen-facing layer.

This does not replace security procurement for freeze authority or SDK integration. CSR can fund the public front door; risk budgets still buy the enterprise grid.
